So I managed to see the end of season three of Dr Who last night. I had some random thoughts about it.

I've seen the first couple of episodes of Torchwood. They are okay. Not really grabbing me though. I am willing to wait and see if it gets better. There's so little else entertaining lately. Anyway, it struck me the other night that part of the problem is Jack. I can't see him in that position. All leader-y and authoritative. For that matter in a team at all. He's Jack. A con man. A rogue. A scoundrel. It's what we like about him. This team leading stuff just doesn't suit him. Or is it just me?
